How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper, and your order is made on demand. Many different techniques are used to create stunning and durable products including Direct to Garment Printing (DGP), dye sublimation, embroidery, and others. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at Snogg's in Box. Remember to include your order and tracking number please.

I received the wrong product, or my shipment arrived damaged, what should I do?

That would be a real disappointment for both of us, but we will get it fixed. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at Snogg's in Box within a week's time with photos of the damaged or incorrect product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery date and I still haven’t received my order?

First, please be patient, the estimated delivery date is just that, an estimate. There are many factors that can delay a shipment that are beyond the control of any of us. If you have waited several more days and your shipment has not arrived, email us at Snogg's in Box with your order and tracking number, and the intended delivery address, and we will get to the bottom of the issue. 

What should I do if tracking information shows my shipment was delivered but I haven't received it?

Look at the tracking information and see if the delivery address is correct and see if there are any notes about where the package was left. The delivery person may have left it somewhere you were not expecting.  Check with your Post Office or the carrier, no one is perfect, and they may still have your package. Check with your neighbors to see if they received it by mistake. If none of that locates the missing package let us know at Snogg's in Box and we will see what we can do. Don't forget to include your order and tracking number and the intended delivery address. Please keep in mind that although we will do everything we can to help, a situation like this is ultimately between you and the carrier.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong item(s) or a defective or damaged item(s). If any of these apply, please contact us at Snogg's in Box with your order number and photos of wrong/damaged items, and we will sort it out for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Unfortunately, at this time, we don't offer exchanges. Please read the Sizing page before selecting your products and placing your order.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at Snogg's in Box within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll look into the issue and most likely send you a new one or issue a refund!
